Major digression, but the assault on Waco was preceded by Janet Reno's cry
for the alleged safety of the children.  

Hmmm.  Children in danger, better send in tanks with "smoke" grenades.  
Does anyone know if Mayor Goodman(?) of Philadelphia used children's safety
when they dropped the Bomb on MOVE (black nationalist group) back in the
80's (killed many, including children, burned down a city block)?
