How predictable. So we should set interstate speed limits based on surface street conditions? Certainly all arguments about high speed being safe fail when you apply children playing, parked cars, side streets and limited visibility to them, but no one has ever claimed higher speeds were safe under those conditions. Perhaps you felt like you got the deal of the century when you bought that house with the yard facing onto an unfenced Interstate, but some of us realize that kids rarely run out on Interstates. -- Brandon "Spooooooooooonnnnn!"
