I agree reckless driving, passing on the right and tailgating are serious
offenses.  Having said that I would like to know <except in rush hour type
traffic > don't the police ticket people for driving in the passing lane?  I
was under the impression the left lane was for passing only.  If this was
enforced I think a lot of road rage would disappear.
