}violations, tailgating.  Just a few days ago I watched a motorist

}say we had a little chat at roadside shortly after that and his

What you don't mention is that just about every driver in heavy (but
not jammed) traffic on a Maryland urban interstate highway (I-270 fits
the bill best) is committing at least one and probably all three of
those violations.
