time I was asked, I told the cops that I really
didn't think it was wise for me to answer that
question."


If a driver refuses to answer, there is nothing
the officer can do to force him to.   The Police
Rodent will order him out of his vehicle, though.
And based on his subsequent behavior will take
appropriate action.
