The way I see it, I'm behind a car for a while and the car's going well below the speed limit and does not pull over when I turn on my sirens would compel me to use that kind of force. Any cop around here would. It was not because she was going below the limit - just that it took a while. I used to go to R.I.T. in Rochester (Henrietta, NY, actually) and the Monroe County Sheriff's had red sirens. I got pulled over by one for going too fast and I thought it was a fire car (It was also red, go figger). I moved about 30 feet ahead after a full stop when the car was behind me but the car moved and stayed behind me. I could hear on the loud speaker, "STAY WHERE YOU ARE!" Well, being the native Californian I was, I got out of my car and the cop had his gun drawn. Naturally, I froze. He apologised after I told him I was from California. Richard
