Wait, you're from RIT?! Okay, question here. Does Monroe County Sheriff use red police cars equipped with red sirens? One messed around with me and apologised after I told him I moved because I thought I was impeding his way to an emergency (thinking it was a fire car). I've NEVER seen a police car in California without blue in their sirens. This woman, Ms. Pena, failed to pull over and kept on moving. I can see why that would compel an officer to believe that this person is hiding something (drugs, maybe even, God forbid, a Colt .45). She was not roughed up due to the speed, it was her driving behaviour. Richard
