Privatisation is most definitely not the answer ! We need a unitary
authority to control road and other transportation matters. Having many
authorities for one thing in different areas would lead to confusion and
grey areas about who is responsible for exactly what.

How would the private road authority makes its revnue ? Who would patrol
the system ? If the police, then does the mony from fines go to the
authority or government or what ?

If we can't get the system working under one authority how can we get it
to work when it is split up ?????
