Unfortunately I have to commute during the hours of darkness. Why is it everyone needs to use their driving lights or fog lights when they are not really needed. Also within the last 10 years most vehicles with the halogen/composite headlamps are set wrong from the factory. Someone will come up from behind and there's enough light to read perfectly inside my vehicle. The worst offenders are Ford trucks (all), Hondas/Acuras, Chrysler Corp. minivans, and FoMOCo cars. THe last 3 years or so, it's been almost every brand of vehicle. I have a '92 Chev truck that has been just fine from the factory. I set mine at the lowest legal limit and I see just fine still. What's taking you so long to have YOUR headlights adjusted. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know your light are too high for those ahead of you. Jim........
