Those are really irritating when you leave them on in clear weather. It seems every Saab and Volvo owner doesn't know what that button means on the dashboard. They leave these on even in the clearest weather. They are only for dense fog. It's a hefty fine and points on your license in England if you leave these on when there's no fog around. I'm not even sure it's legal to have them on your car here in the USA. The port in Germany used to make you remove them from your car before you brought it back to the US from Germany or else US Customs would not accept your car. Has this changed? They are way too bright for use in clear weather and tend to dazzle any driver who is behind you. Most people think maybe your brake lights are stuck in the on position. They don't realize they are *fog* lights. >Or, they just might not want bright high beams behind them. Either way, >they move over, which is sort of the point. If you have the rear lights as well, what am I supposed to do? The only thing I can do is move over, pass you, get in front of you and turn my rear fog lights on. ;-) Do you have *rear* fog lights as well? It seems to me some people aren't even aware they have them on their car, much less that they are on and are dazzling the drivers who are behind them. Robert
