This is really a pet peeve of mine.  The fog lights on many vehicles
(and *ALL* BMWs...why is it that 90% of Bimmer drivers cruise around
with these ON in clear weather?) are very bright.  You'll notice that
the lenses on fog lamps are not shaped the same as your regular lights,
which aim the beams away from oncoming traffic.

One last thing...Try using your (not you Bud, since we'll already be
blinded by the laser beam fog lights in our mirrors) left turn signal
when attempting to get slower traffic to move over, before using your
high beams.  This is common practice in Europe, and one that Americans
really should adopt.
