	Ummmmmmm, no. Don't have to floor it to pass someone. If I'm going 65
and the guy I'm passing is going 55, then why do I have to floor it.
Then if some idiot comes up at 80 and acts like an a**, I'm gonna be,
let me put it nicely, a little annoyed.
