This discussion is quite interesting. In my Country (Italy) it is forbidden
to overtake on the right, even on a three-lanes highway. We have a speed
limit on motorways of 130 km/h (around 80 mph). I remember having an argument
with a friend of mine about this... he was stating that "if I am on the
left lane and I am doing 130 (i.e. at the speed limits) and somebody flashes
because he wants to overtake, I just IGNORE him, since he is not supposed to
exceed the speed limits". 
The only thing I could reply was "you are NOT supposed
to enforce the law yourself, his speed is NOT your problem, so you should
let him pass". 
What is your opinion about that: if you are cruising at the speed limits,
would you let pass someone driving (illegally) faster than you (and than
the speed limits) ?
