I know of two. They're not exactly near to DC, however. There's the 
Briggs Chaney Auto Park, in what is considered to be Silver Spring. Head 
up 29N for about 7 miles to Briggs Chaney road, and hang a right. Then go 
round the circle until you get to the car wash.

Another is a Flagship, in Rockville. Go north on Wisconsin, which becomes 
MD Rte 355, aka Frederick Road, Hungerford Road, Rockville Pike, and 
others. Go about 8 miles out, and you'll come to a Hechinger's on the 
right hand side. A block past Hechinger's is the Flagship center, which 
has do-it-yourself bays as well as an automated brushless wash.
