In today's POST (Friday) it says that VDOT relents. Of course
they reserve the right to end the experiment if the accident rate
is above normal. Guess who defines normal?

Heard on the radio that the head of VDOT and some of his flunkies
drove Dulles on both the HOV and non-HOV lanes. It may be
that they are reconsidering things--they are certainly
taking a lot of flack.
