Cute idea when paying tickets

Hey. I'm currently fighting a huge, hairy paper chain regarding a ticket
I got over a year ago. To make a long story short, those assholes keep loosing
my appeals, and sending me computer-crankout letters that CONTRADICT what the
traffic office tells me. Looks like I'm gonna be giving em $45 for no partic-
ularly good reason soon, just to get em off my case. Which leads me to...

2 good ideas for when you hafta pay up:

1) Go to the traffic court in SE. Appeal. Naturally loose your appeal. Have
your fine money ready--in pennies. They're allowed NOT to take em if they're
not in rolls. They will, however, want to check. Make em count em while you
sit there.

2) In all liklihood, you'll be mailing in your fine. Enclose with your letter
and check one of those little squeeze-pacs of K-Y jelly (found in any drug
store, and oft for free in campus health clinics) and a note instructing the
office to use it when they ram your fine money up their asses.

Have fun. Fight back. Don't let your money go to perpetuate this town's
lazy, useless, bloated civil service without a fight.
