That was a message I got from the MVA... the procedure is called Administrative hearing, and the reason is that I got two accidents in a year. I'd say I'm unlucky driver rather than a dangerous one. One accident was my fault, but with so tinny damage that the insurance company doesn't take it into account. Another one occured on a slippery road... although who cares? Now, the question is, does anyone know if the revokation is inevitable? anything like a probation term? What kind of arguments could they (the hearing) accept? Say, that my fault wasn't so awfull? That I corrected my would-be wrong habits afterwards? That I'm already severely punished (fixing things/ paying outrageous premiums)? That I need to drive to survive? That I've been never caught drunk/speeding? That I'm not an irresponsible youth but a Ph.D. and father of two? I imagine that I will have no more than 30 seconds to defend myself, so I need an advice really very much. Thanx, D
