Ingenuity?  I thought it was brute force voter pacification immediately
before an election.  I must be getting cynical.

I still get a laugh out of the letter he sent out (at your expense),
obviously written by a spaced-out staffer who had no idea what color
lights VA police cars use, let alone what that ramp at Tysons is for.

P.S.  I'll freely admit that my opinions are shaped by the fact that if
I'm traveling on the toll road during rush at all, it's against traffic.
