Well, (Ronald Reagan voice here) we paid for that road, and we have the
right to use it.    

I love people who want to shut the door behind themselves. Wherever you
are living it was once unspoiled and undeveloped.  Now you have your place
to live but you don't want anymore development.  Pretty selfish I think.
