Okay, this question may seem a little weird, but I need as much information as possible. A while back ago, the State of Maryland passed a law requiring all out of state drivers to get a special permit to park (for long periods of time) in the state (i.e. this prevents residents of MD from keeping their cars registered in MD). There's a clause in the law, that says students can get a special permit to not get fined or ticketed. Most police probably don't even know about this law, but I'm interested in any information that may be available on this topic. Is anybody familiar with this law? Thanks. Bill
