Every now and then, I do. But they sure make it difficult. Coming home today from work - tailgater. Wonderful. Ignore. Coming back from the WalMart tonight - rear quarter-panel pacer. Just puts nose of car even with back wheel. Clueless. Speed up 3 mph, he drops back,. I drop back to former speed but still continue to pull away because he's now far enough back that he's driving his _own_ speed rather than keying off what I'm doing (see, I'm not the only one that adjusts to what others are doing). Really, you _have_ to drive with reference to what the other people are doing. They are the obstacles, and you have to avoid them, whether that is driving around them when they are slow or speeding up when they are hanging on like a bad odor. Whatever, I expect it will always be thus unless there comes into being a whole new set of rules that makes a lot more sense than the ones we have now. DPH
