	Yes, that is superb idea. In fact, when I was in Saudi, I noticed
that a lot of cars had this sticker in the top right corner of the
windshield. That was the annual inspection sticker. Each year had a
different color, so at a glance one could tell if the had had been checked
recently. The tests, required yearly, checked emissions, brakes, and some
other stuff I don't recall. Jolly good idea. Any other places have
something similar or better?
