	I would like to modify that to be "...you can move right." In
other words, if you are in any lane other than the leftmost, move left if
someone approaches with speed.
	If there is anything that I learned about driving in my almost two
months here, it is "move over to let faster traffic pass you." So far, I
have encountered the above rule twice--sad, isn't it--on the freeways. If
someone is coming up, I move over. I want others to so the same for me.
