Okay, but what constitutes changing lanes too often?  If I'm in the
right
lane, and a semi pulls into traffic, and I slide over a lane, is that
changing lanes improperly?  If there's a wreck in the right lane, and
I move
over, is that changing lanes too often?

Rahul, I have some advice for you.  Get in the second lane from the
right,
and stay there.  If you're afraid of changing lanes, you probably
shouldn't
be driving at all.
