I tried a citizen 'arrest' on a traffic violator today.

A four door silver gray volvo (260 GTY) cut me off as it ran a stop sign
coming out of Broadmoor in the Arboretum today. The same vehicle ran a red
light, just about hitting a cyclist at the right turn from Lk Washington Blvd
to Montlake Blvd. They stopped to make the U-Turn onto 520, and there was
enough room to block him in with my vehicle. I got out of the car and called
911 on my PCS. Sure enough they showed up. The guy was 19, probably back
from his first year at college, well equipped for a carreer of traffic
violations with his radar detector and all.

I hope the officer, Terrell, did give him a ticket.
