Simple courtesy. Didn't we go through this before? Having a long following distance ahead of you doesn't mean you are slower traffic. Usually it just means you are a more cautious driver. I don't see why more cautious drivers are under any obligation to yield to less cautious drivers. Sometimes the following distance ahead of me grows up to 10 seconds or so. Not because I'm driving slow, but because the motorists ahead of me are so impatient that they all speed up and form a small clump of vehicles. Then they all brake sharply and slow down again, and the following distance ahead of me decreases to 3-4 seconds. Then they clump up again. And so on. They never seem to learn. -- Rahul Dhesi <dhesi@spams.r.us.com> a2i communications, a quality ISP "Life is an obstacle course. Get used to it."
