Thanks.  I see I couldn't find it because it is a separate offense from reckless
driving.  Hairsplitting, but thanks for the cite.

I think I came up with the 80 figure from officers telling me they automatically
throw people in jail at that speed - then give me a ticket for 78.  Wish 
there were a way to independently verify policies.  "But that would be 
telling."
