My wording was ambiguous.

Of course you have a right to be mad at anybody or anything.

However you have no legal or moral right to be mad at anybody or
anything so much that you cause an automobile accident.

Even more, you have no legal or moral right to be mad and cause an auto
accident and then blame somebody else for it.
