The system works. --------- If you get one of these tickets from a cop, and he or she is in the wrong, you GO TO COURT to fight the case. If you get one of these tickets from a camera, and IT is in the wrong, you GO TO COURT to fight the case. If you decide it costs too much to fight one case, you'd probably choose the same for the other. Either way it's a case of you not standing up for your rights to face your accuser. That's the same as admitting your guilt.
