Exactly.  He just doesn't get it.  Let me give you a perfect, real life
situation that occurred yesterday.  There was this guy dogging me when I was
going up I-95, so as soon as I could, I pulled out of the left lane -- it was
when I completed my pass of the truck on my right.  However, some other fool
didn't do the same thing, so this guy whizzed on by him, cut him off, and I got
to watch while there was a nice display of burning rubber and sparks as the guy
who refused to yield the lane jammed on his brakes and slid off the road onto
the shoulder and hit the guard rail.
