OK, let me get this straight.  You see 1, or 100, or 10,000 people
driving dangerously who also happen to be speeding and you conclude
that anyone who takes the posted speed limit less than 100% literally
under any and all conditions is "dangerous."

Well, I see a lot of people here advocating strict, 100% adherence to
posted speed limits who have the same command of basic logical
principles.  I guess that means that anyone who regards speed
limit signs as sacrosanct is an idiot, hm?
