After you have been in an accident, you can do one of two things. You
can decide that it was not preventable. Or you can decide that it WAS
preventable, and ask yourself what you could have done differently.

There is some risk in all driving. With effort, and by taking
responsibility for preventing accidents, you can decrease this risk to a
very low level. You can do this only if you stop worrying about whether
an accident was somebody else's fault and begin focusing on whether you
were involved in one at all.
