He is consistent. He doesn't answer most questions, and many of the ones that he does answer, he answers with a non sequitur or ad hominem. He has the firm belief that speeding is ok, as long as people don't go above the speed that he thinks is ok, making it a subjective thing, but he refuses to put any objectivity in it by having a different standard for cars that are designed with higher limits in mind or drivers with better training.
