The Baltimore Sunpapers have started a new "traffic update" page that seems pretty quick with the information. There are two main maps: 1) Baltimore area & 2) DC Area. You click on the icon where a problem exists and a box appears that gives an explanation. The url is: http://www.sunspot.net/news/traffic/etak/ They do list construction zones, accidents, police activity and dangerous conditions, but I am wondering if "backups" will be listed? Any opinions about this? (ken)

Could have come in handy before leaving work tonight, that's for sure! As a commuter that spends anywhere from 1 to 2 hours each way commuting I think it's a plus to have something to check so long as it's updated often!
