It is actually a Constitutional *requirement*, simply being slighted,
in the general manner of a common scofflaw.

Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on 
Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature 
cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

The definition of invasion does not specify an *armed attack* and only
someone with no national concern would argue that it does, so {we, the
people} are being betrayed by our present governmental authorities.

Check the illegal birth rate at Parkland hospital and ask the CFO if it
seems as though an invasion is taking place, since none of them pay.

Maybe you have read the G.H.W. Bush book, where he describes his belief
that destabilising the M-E through intervention will cause a catastrophe.

Frankly, when I consider the many decades of our CIA meddling in those
lands, it is all that I can do to keep from heaving, particularly when I
think about the amount of tax funds that were wasted!
