Well, this isn't within the rec. heirarchy. ca.general nj.general.
md.general is
for "general discussions" which can and does mean all topics.  Sorry if this
confuses "good people" wherever they may be, but that includes dc.general
as well.

Hrm...
Try a bit harder. A properly set up kill fill will ignore postings from
those
people you have no need to view or reply to. The better sense is to apply
self-control. If you have no interest in a subject, simply ignore it.  To
reply
to this message will likely generate more discussion on a topic you seem
to have no interest in.  Simply ignore it.
