For example, the Q&A at their Web site https://swww.rcn.com/secureaccount/faqs.php states we are expanding the password field to 6 to 10 characters with an alphanumeric requirement and providing an option to add a special charter [sic] in the password. It sounds like they're really talking about passwords for an online account.
