Need recommendation for movers

Can anyone recommend a good moving company, or a way to go about
finding one?  I've heard lots of horror stories, and am wondering
about the best way to avoid having a few of my own to tell after I
move this summer (Md to Pa).  I'd guess consumer reports would have
done a review of the national companies at some time, so I'll look for
that, but am interested in other information as well.
