that's helped,  but i think we should write a cancel-goat,  that looks for
anything cross-posted to dc.general with more then 4 groups,  or
anything cross-posted from *rush-limbaugh or *politics* to dc.general.

Maybe if it was running from a few good ISPs we could cancel off
the worst of the trash.
