I don't much care how many cross posts are allowed. 1, 2, 5, ? I believe
the important precedent is to let regular users of a newsgroup determine
how many cross posts they will allow. This is the simplest approach, and
it also the easiest to automate and enforce. I think it is also an
approach that protects both our privacy and the free speach rights of
others.
