Gayle Trotter, a fellow at the Independent Women�s Forum, had a 
tense back-and-forth with Senator Sheldon Whitehouse today 
during the Senate�s hearings on gun violence. The two disagreed 
over Whitehouse�s insistence that he and other senators could 
ably determine which guns young mothers should use to defend 
themselves.
