Hi, I am moving to the DC-metro region and am looking to live around the Gaithersburg/Germantown area. I would really appreciate if people could provide their feedback/suggestions/advice on apartments in those areas based on their own or other people's experiences. Any help or guidance on where to live and where to avoid will be greatly appreciated. Thanks a ton! AJ
