Ph.D. Engineer, male, non-smoker, seeks a summer rental.

I am looking to rent or sublet a room, small apartment, or to share a
large apartment or house for the summer. I need a place from June 1 to
mid-August, but might be willing to commit to a three month rental. I
will be working this summer at EPA under a fellowship and need easy
access to the Metro. Prefer to live within walking distance of a Metro
station, and prefer a location in Maryland in Bethesda, Kensington, or
Rockville. I also need parking for my car.

I am an ideal tenant -- responsible, quiet, clean, will pay rent on time
-- and I can provide references. I especially value privacy, and quiet
between 11 pm and wakeup time.

If you have a rental/sublet to offer, please contact me by e-mail at
hf09+@andrew.cmu.edu or by phone at (412) 521-2650 (except midnight to 8
am, please). If you call, please leave a message with your name, area
code and phone number, monthly rent, and general location. I will call
you back. I will be coming to the DC area the weekend of 5/17 to look
at places.

Thank you.
