I'm a UMD graduate student. I have a 2 bedroom at Graduate Hills
Apartment close to UMD, College Park campus. There is one clean and
spacious furnished room for you. It is also newly painted. Available
for move in now. It is the walking distance (1 mile) to the university
but public transportation is also available. $600 includes utilities
and Internet. No extra costs. Rent is negotiable. If you are
interested, contact me at mu_14@yahoo.com as soon as possible.

I'm out of town now but will move in on Jan 22. If any of you is
interested and wants to see the room, just contact me via e-mail and
I'll take you to see the room when I go back to US.
