We need 500 employed renters by XMAS!!  We have a great income tax reduction 
program that could add $3,000 to $5,000 to their 2007 income tax refunds!!! 
(or reduce taxes owed. )The business will generate deductible losses for 
three years.

We will pay you to help us get these renters.  Send the above paragraph to 
your prospects and have them reply to you.  You record your responses - then 
relay them to us.  This way we can keep track of who supplied which renters. 
We will pay you $100 for each referral who enrolls in the program.

The program involves establishing a bona fide business for the renter that 
will produce a minimum $15,000 deductible loss for 2007 (could be larger. 
They can enroll in the program for less that $500.  We provide the business, 
set it up and provide the doucments needed for tax reporting.  The business 
requires the enrollee to refer clients who areinterested in reducing income 
tax to us. We also prepare the tax returns.

While any taxpayer could benefit from this program, we are targeting renters 
because they normally have no tax deductions.
