I’m the first person to occupy a newly renovated Petworth rowhouse on Farragut St NW and have been tasked with filling the other rooms.  There are five total rooms, and four currently available.  They range from 575 to 875, depending on the size and location within the house. Utilities are separate and first month’s rent+deposit required for move-in.  The house is a 20 minute walk to the Petworth metro and there are a number of buses a couple blocks away that seem to serve a wide swath of DC.

Move in date is November 1st (some flexibility there) with an 8 month lease.  We’re looking for engaging, respectful people who are interested in creating a home.
