                          DSP SOFTWARE ENGINEER
 
CDA Incorporated seeks an individual to assist, on-site with our
client, in the design, development and implementation of Modem
DSP software and firmware. Will develop code and algorithms for
multi-channel signal modulation/demodulation. 
 
REQUIREMENTS:
--- BS/MSEE
--- Experience with TMS320Cx, AD2111, ADSP, or Motorola 56000.
--- Assembly Language, "C",
--- Experience with modem signals (FSK/PSK/QAM, etc.) very        
    helpful. 
--- Will consider MS and several years of academic work           
    experience with a "Green Card".
