I am a former correctional officer who reported a supervising officer for an
alleged civil rights violation against an inmate. Basically the officer
strangled this inmate who at the time had his hands cuffed behind his back, and
also used a racial slurr against the inmate, who was black.
As a result this corrupt regime has set me up on ridiculous charges in order
to keep me quiet. I have MUCH to disclose! Please help me to get this OUT!
