The CIA is tied into removing Ibogaine researcher Harris Isbell's records of his Ibogaine research conducted at the Addiction Reseach Center (ARC) at the U.S. Public Health Service Hospital in Lexington, KY. Isbell was the director of the ARC as well as one of the chief hallucinogen researchers for the CIA. It is most likely he reported Ibogaine's anti-addiction action to the CIA. Y Now NIDA (National Institute on Drug Abuse) is attempting to repress the possibility of an effective treatment again 45 years later. http://www.Ibogaine.Desk.nl
