hi I have a ibm t41, and i'm using linux over windows with vmware. I've been using Debian sarge dist, with Gnome as GUI, and I think is so great that I've been seriously thinking of installing linux as my main operating system on the laptop. Has anyone had any experience doing this?.. What are the main cons?.. openoffice works fine as a replacement of microsoft office.., there are pdf readers, there's messenger substitutes.., something else? felipe
